Using Dynamic Home Inspections for our new home purchase was truly the way to go. Keith Merrill, the owner, arrived for the inspection of the property on time and fully prepared. His inspection was thorough and included and exterior inspection, even though there was a great amount of snow and windy conditions. The report that he submitted to us was complete and very detailed, and we even had it by email by the end of the day.
